I had to return a bag the process was easy... The refund took a few days to come through, but there wasn’t any hassle overall.

I bought a bag from Douchebags the zippers are weirdly satisfying. Like, why is it so hard for some bags to have zippers that don’t snag, fight you, or feel like they’re about to give up the second you pack the bag full? These just glide, even when I’ve stuffed the bag way more than I probably should. The buckles and hardware feel solid too, not flimsy or cheap. It’s such a small thing, but it makes using the bag so much less annoying.

I was hoping this camera cube would fit nicely in my backpack, but it just doesn’t sit right no matter how I arrange it. It’s kind of frustrating because I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do next, exchange it, return it, or try a different size? The next steps aren’t really clear, so I’m left guessing

I've had this bag for a little over a year now it's held up way better than I expected. I've taken it on trips, used it for the gym, tossed it in the car a bunch of times, and the zippers are still good. Straps too, which is usually the first thing I worry about. No weird rips or anything like that. It just kind of keeps doing its job, so yeah, happy with it.

i mean, I was a little nervous ordering a bag from douchebags.com because colors online can be so hit or miss.
When it showed up, though, it was pretty much exactly like the pictures. Same shade, not weirdly bright or faded, and it still looked right in normal daylight.
